Early consultations focus on identifying your aims and and determining the factors that are most important for performance in your sport—physically, technically, tactically, and mentally. From here, we collaborate with you to develop a personalised plan to get you where you want to be.

Unless we are directed to do so by you, we won’t reveal to anyone that you’re working with us or any details regarding this work. In fact, many athletes work with psychologists because they have the freedom to talk about issues in their sporting or personal lives that they may not be able to discuss elsewhere.
